We hold all the keys and are able to meander every system without restriction; something that simply isn’t possible once you begin to have multiple providers. We see this as one of our major assets and so should you.

Some important things to be aware of prior to booking this service.
All three packages above come with 12 months free hosting [on our top package, ‘Sweetest’ – £150/Year Value] and 12 months domain name coverage [£15/Year Value]. After the 12 months, the domain and hosting will renew at their usual price. It’s for this reason we recommend purchasing multiple years hosting/domain with us so you don’t have to worry about renewals.
If you are an existing customer, please remove £100 from all packages above to receive your final pricing. This is regardless of your plan or the length of time you’ve been with us.
If you are a customer of another third-party hosting company, please remove £50 from all packages above to receive your final pricing.
We have been asked this a lot. The answer always depends on the complexity of your website. In most cases, it’s ‘yes’. There is a fee incurred when expediting the process as additional members will be tasked into the project to ensure completion. Get in touch and we’ll let you know if it’s possible in your unique situation.
We’ve always found that the fairest way to work, in regards to design work, is to request 50% of payment prior to work beginning. This is to ensure we both have skin in the game. The remaining 50% of the balance is required upon first delivery of the website and always pre-launch.
Given the nature of this digital work, we cannot offer refunds for the time and energy invested into our projects together. However, we insist on a conversation prior to working on your website so we understand exactly what you need and we also offer a revision stage once we present you with our draft of the website to ensure that your tweaks and ideas can be implemented into the finished design. We’ve never had a refund request, ever, and we’ll work hard to keep it that way!
